Design Philosophy Statement

I have always looked at homes, offices, and any other types of buildings differently than others. Noticing the little things that give a room the certain feeling is what interests me so much about design. I like to be in a place where the room sets the mood and emotions I am supposed to be feeling. I was first inspired to go into design when my family and I visited Washington D.C. a couple years ago. All I could find myself doing was taking pictures of the amazing intricate designs of the buildings. From then on I knew I wanted to do something with architecture or design. However, when I learned a little bit more about the both of them, interior design seemed to be more up my ally with what my interests were such as putting colors together and pleasing the clients needs for the feel of what they are designing.
